Govt. Staff Training College, Faisalabad was established in 1961 under technical wing of Education Department with Administration – cum – Academic unit. Of being the sole “A” category accredited institute of the city and a renowned centre of teacher training, the college has by far leapt into fame across the Punjab province for it is always out to offer courses to enhance the technical skills of the teaching community.

Equipped with the latest accessories, the college presents furnished and oriented labs/workshops in accordance with the standards as laid out by TEVTA. Arrangements of lectures of field experts and professionals, industrial tours for the students, distribution of laptops among the best performers, free education for those securing more than 90% marks in metric, unquestionably, attract a bulk of teeming lot.

The prime objective of our college is to shape our youth into promising lot by educating them on moral and technical lines so that they could emerge as vibrant, dynamic and progressive nationals of the country in the arenas of science, technology and industry in and abroad.

Skill-up-gradation and Teacher Training Programs are being run in the college to enhance and boost the intellectual and pedagogical skills of the teachers.
